I'm leaving a 1 star because and I can not leave zero stars. This bank has long wait times with over 12 people waiting in line to see a teller. We had an appointment time set with Yolonda Leonard which was not honored. We were seen over 30 minutes after the set appointment time. She specifically made the visit much harder than needed to be requiring us taking two days to complete our appointment. If you are looking for an easy, friendly, banking experience this is not the place.
