very unprofessional. Tried going several times to resolve an issue and they couldn’t help and left me alone to go on a lunch break after i was patiently waiting for my turn. Wouldn’t recommend.
What’s the appoint of making an appointment if they just still have you wait 30 minutes. This place sucks.
literally the worst customer service of any bank I've ever been to. They walk around like they are kings and queens of the world, helping nobody, communicating horribly, quoting nonsense wait times. If you want no service, no real responses, no accountability, no follow through, then get a bank account with them.
Tried to call, nobody picked-up. We drove over to see about opening my son an account was told there was not enough time left in the day. With 2 hours left before closing and one couple waiting i thought he was joking. If they had picked up the phone they could have saved me my time.
Waited 20 minutes for a cashiers check and was being asked for several verifications. Guy next to me got his right away. 14 years with the bank and they treat me like a scammer..unacceptable.
