Needed some same-day maintenance over here in Haverhill, so I gave them a call. They showed up pretty quickly and took care of everything without a hitch. Wasn't anything fancy — just routine stuff — but they left the place clean and got me back on track fast. Can't ask for much more than that!
This bank is ENORMOUS and they only ever have 1 teller. Bad business. And there are 3 other employees just standing around talking.
I scheduled two separate in-person appointments just to open a checking account, and both times they refused because of missing documents. To begin with, I tried opening the account online, but the system did not allow it and instructed me to book an in-person appointment. I did so, and during the first visit they asked for additional documents and scheduled a second appointment.
