This new female manager overthere needs to get herself fired or get trained. I went to do a transaction there, I had my ID and my phone was with me but I didn't have my debit card. Had the nerve to make me wait after they have sent me the link to double check using my phone number and log in. I never had any issue in the past using my ID and phone for transactions why now. Needed some same-day maintenance over here in Haverhill, so I gave them a call. They showed up pretty quickly and took care of everything without a hitch. Wasn't anything fancy — just routine stuff — but they left the place clean and got me back on track fast. Can't ask for much more than that!
This bank is ENORMOUS and they only ever have 1 teller. Bad business. And there are 3 other employees just standing around talking.
I scheduled two separate in-person appointments just to open a checking account, and both times they refused because of missing documents. To begin with, I tried opening the account online, but the system did not allow it and instructed me to book an in-person appointment. I did so, and during the first visit they asked for additional documents and scheduled a second appointment.
