This bank is ENORMOUS and they only ever have 1 teller. Bad business. And there are 3 other employees just standing around talking.
I scheduled two separate in-person appointments just to open a checking account, and both times they refused because of missing documents. To begin with, I tried opening the account online, but the system did not allow it and instructed me to book an in-person appointment. I did so, and during the first visit they asked for additional documents and scheduled a second appointment. Had a great experience at this location, which I usually do! Zahira was extremely helpful, friendly, attentive and was able to answer all of my questions.
Excellent customer service. We had trouble with a transaction at another bank after we went there looking for the best rate, but Felix Quero and the team at BoA in Haverhill were able to unwind it for us and take care of our needs quickly and with patience. Ultimately the rate difference was only a few dollars and in hindsight definitely not worth the time and difficulty we had with the other bank.
The people are lovely. The bank is trash. Weird hours and always 1 teller. Always waiting to do basic transactions every single day. Hey Bank Of America you’re a freaking bank! Higher another person! Yall charge fees for everything and never have money available, or need extra processing days it’s all ridiculousz you’re at 2 stars and they all say the same thing! better hours more staff. Why are you ignoring your customers?
