Other day had to go into bank and figure out why I could not use bank card which was super inconvenient. Never told me exactly what happened. Called costumer service and was told I needed new bank card. They would send 1 out. Or I had go to bank and reset my pin. Was not happy.
Christine is extremely rude and unprofessional when people ask simple questions. She also talks to people as if they were stupid and beneath her.
Debra and Colleen are the best ! Very honest, helpful staff, highly recommend, let us in first thing in morning, gave straight forward answers on what we needed, very friendly and good people !
I've had a BOA credit card for decades!! But bcuz i don't have a checking acct. FOR ATLEAST TWO (2) YEARS, they won't cash my US savings bonds?! Guess I'll be closing that CC account 😠
