Employee told my wife there wouldn't be a hold on her check she cashed, they then put an extended hold on it and on top of bills we've now missed our anniversary plans cause of the lack of actual assistance on the matter. If I could give 0 stars I would absolutely.

Terrible management. The employee Jason along with another employee were standing doing nothing. Just greeting people from time to time instead of taking care my urgent banking needs. My visit was December 31, 2025 at 4:40 pm.
