This site or branch really needs to close. An accountant is supposed to be familiar with the type of accounts they have and all information regarding those accounts. I was told by two accountants at this location that my kids would be able to receive direct deposits from After School Matters. I expressed concerns that they wouldn't be able to do direct deposit, but the accountant was so sure and even gave me direct deposit forms.
