This site should close. I'm a 72 yr. that went to this location around 215pm 12/30/24 and went to teller's window and let her know problem with online banking. She told me it would be a little wait because there were 2 ahead of me. I was okay with that since online rep Matthew told me my 868 number was not valid. Once rep found out that there would be another person she told me she wouldn't be able to help me today.
