Never answer the phone. Literally called while inside just to see and both clerks didn’t answer while hearing and hitting hold so it would stop ringing.
I have never in my life heard of a bank turning away a payroll customer cashing a check because of cosmetic issues when you can look in the computer and see how many times I’ve been here cashing checks! And your advice to me is to tell them to print me a new check! Do you know how stupid that sounds it sounds so stupid I can’t believe that is all you have to offer a customer with a Benefactor that owns several million dollar hotels and this is how you treat me?! Giving 5 stars only for Angela, that working in this bank. She is very nice and responsive, helped us with everything. But overall the bank needs to change the security system. For everything you have to visit bank, and can't solve nothing by phone.
How about am atmosphere that works since you have 3??????
