I've never left a bank review before because I always do mobile banking, but here we are! I made a same-day appointment for 2:30 but wasn't seen until 2:50. However, the branch was completely full, the manager was out for a medical procedure, there was only one supervisor available to sign off and give access codes, there was only bank teller, and only 3-4 bankers. All bankers were assisting people when I walked in. I am writing this review 90% because of Justin! He initiated a wire transfer for me and I was blown away by hi... read more
