Victoria is an asset to your establishment. Met with her today to see about opening some c ds . Having my highest interest in mind, She directed me to a better financial tool with possibly a higher yield. Bank of America ........ You need more Victoria's.
I recently had to open a business bank account and Jason as well as Micaiah could not have been more helpful. They were super patient and answered all my questions, could not have asked for better service truly!
Carlos was very kind, patient and helpful with a (slightly) complicated IRA issue. Would absolutely recommend meeting with him if you have any account questions.
I made a deposit at the drive through, and it kept my debit card for some reason. I went to have it retrieved the next day, only to be told they did not have the key, They went on to explain it was serviced by a third party, that my card would be shredded and a new card sent. The teller was very sweet but the manager who ordered my new card, not so much. I now have to input my ACH payments all over again with the new info. No card yet....
We don’t drive and chose this bank because we were able to get there by bus or walk. It’s closure in 2021 lasted a very long time and taking cabs to another branch became costly. Hopefully they will find a way to keep this branch open …perhaps they could try to be open for fewer hours or days during the week.
