I had an appointment with Kali last week. I had a recent death in my family and I needed some information regarding a bank service. Kali spent two hours of her time going over all the information I needed to proceed. She understood my frustrations, gave me kleenex when I cried, and genuinely cared about my situation. Kali was kind, gracious, and helpful. BOA is lucky to have her in their Carrboro branch. Thank you!
They are understaffed. They are otherwise competent
It says a lot about a bank and it commitment to its community when they charge 4 bucks to use their ATM. I'm glad I don't use this bank. Really shameful
