Wouldn’t cash a Bank of America check without having a issueing id, I would have given y’all 5$,as a feee but at the end of the day the service you get.
This review is for Paul. He is the best. I have spent several days at another bank trying to resolve my issues, but I have failed. A friend recommended that I go to Paul, and I am so glad I did! The absolute WORST BOA location in the state! They will lock the door minutes for closing and care nothing about accommodating the clients even for the slightest service. I’m honestly wanting to switch banks after the non service I received at this branch today. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
This is by far the best branch! Three tellers were opened when l went in there this morning. Even without a manager, they worked well together!! Who needs a manager! One teller even answered the phone! Imagine that! It sure wasn’t the case at the Hopevalley branch. No one bothered to answer the phone for the three days I was trying to get in touch with a human being there for one question. Notice: keyword - HUMAN! The staff at this location are very friendly and accommodating! I had booked an appointment for my banking needs, and when the appointment before me was running behind, the staff expedited the process and found me someone to help without me waiting too long. Yolanda was incredibly kind and efficient, and it was a quick stop to get my needs taken care of.
