I had a very disappointing experience at the Bank of America branch on Shannon Road in Durham, North Carolina on March 3rd around 11:25 a.m. The teller (second window from the left), a young Hispanic woman, was extremely rude and unprofessional during my transaction. From the moment I approached the counter there was no greeting, no courtesy, and no effort to provide helpful or informative service. Wouldn’t cash a Bank of America check without having a issueing id, I would have given y’all 5$,as a feee but at the end of the day the service you get.
