The staff and Michelle Romero were the most RUDE and unhelpful Bank staff at this branch. Not sure how they can continue to TO STAY IN BUSINESS OR help customers because this was the worst bank experience. I was with a customer trying to translate and Michelle would not speak to me even as human being?
