Pésimo servicio de la que dice llamarse supervisora. Estuve haciendo línea viendo lo mal que trataba a un señor y después me toco pasar con ella y déspota la mujer. Quise retirar dinero y me sale que no puedo por que no aparece todo mi nombre completo siendo que ya e venido y sin problema me habían hecho el retiro. Pésimo servicio

Three visits to close one account and Bank of America still has our money. The account was frozen by no fault of our own, so we came in to close it and take what was left. Visit one: come back with your wife. Visit two, with my wife: you need an appointment. Visit three, at the 2:30 appointment they booked for us: the department that has to approve this closed at 5 Eastern. That is 2:00pm in California.
