Overall Nice bank. Easy convient & ample parking. Teller window minimum wait. Positive experience
The worse bank. They should not allow walk ins if they take forever . They have like three people welcoming you. Why not just make them work help people.
People are slow and incompetent
Well been going Bank of America for about 10yrs.now. Service is very slow..2 tellers for is all they can afford. Then you have to make an appointment to meet with an agent..very confusing..employees come and go..
We will start with one star. Once I am able to actually do something there, we might move up to two, or even 3! I tried calling this branch for several days - different times. In 23 attempts across three days (Mon-Wed) there was no answer, no voicemail, and the simple question I have was not answered on site. So I have to drive there to ask a 4 second question. Next day I come in again, am told it will be at least an hour, maybe hour and a half. That one is to simply sign up for a safety deposit box. Time for a smaller local... read more
