We will start with one star. Once I am able to actually do something there, we might move up to two, or even 3! I tried calling this branch for several days - different times. In 23 attempts across three days (Mon-Wed) there was no answer, no voicemail, and the simple question I have was not answered on site. So I have to drive there to ask a 4 second question. Very unfriendly. Long waits at the one or two tellers.
I had a very unpleasant experience today around 11 a.m. We went to make a coin deposit; the coins were organized, although some wrappers were broken. From the beginning, the cashier showed clear frustration and a very poor attitude, which made us feel uncomfortable. Instead of helping, she complained throughout the process and ultimately refused to assist us, sending us back to the line to rewrap a few rolls.
