Everyone here is kind, smiles, and always gets you in and out in a timely fashion. Great staff, great bank.
Was told by Merrill (owned by BoA) to come here to get a document notarized for closing an estate of a BoA customer. Then, at BoA, they told me because the deceased wasn't an active customer they wouldn't help me. I went through the pain of talking with a Merrill rep, scheduling and waiting for an appointment, and then this is the reason to be turned away? Absolutely unbelievable. REALLY looking forward to transferring all of these assets into a local credit union!
I made an appointment here for banking needs that couldn't be taken care of online and was provided quick, friendly and overall excellent service from Mohammed and the rest of the staff. Wish I would've gone into my local branch sooner and avoided some long holds over the corporate line!
