Was told by Merrill (owned by BoA) to come here to get a document notarized for closing an estate of a BoA customer. Then, at BoA, they told me because the deceased wasn't an active customer they wouldn't help me. I went through the pain of talking with a Merrill rep, scheduling and waiting for an appointment, and then this is the reason to be turned away? Absolutely unbelievable. REALLY looking forward to transferring all of these assets into a local credit union!Â
