I visited this branch recently and felt the need to leave a review after reading a comment that does not reflect what actually happened. At no point was anyone asked to go to the drive-thru to withdraw money, especially not a customer with a disability. People chilling in their offices with lines out the door 1 teller in drive thru. As a Gold client moving money to a decent bank. A handicap man came in and they told him go thru drive thru ATM!!! dec 9 at 1230pm watch your cameras corporate!
I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes, and there isn’t even a line. I’m literally sitting on the sofa waiting for the employee to return to her office while she walks around chatting with other people. I don’t understand the logic of making someone wait right in front of them when they clearly know I’m here. This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
