Worst Bank of America I have ever been to. After waiting in line for a long period of tome manager came out of back when teller asked for assistance and manager advised the teller not to do all my deposits at once. Terrible customer service. I waited my turn patiently, and was a customer just like everyone else. It was also suggested I try another branch.
The bank was quiet and efficient, and my transaction was handled quickly. However, I asked for water because I was thirsty and pregnant, but they didn’t provide any and directed me elsewhere. This was disappointing for customer service standards.
Thank you to Matt Pike who really helped me and my business partner with our accounts. He is a very knowledgable banker who knows how to get things done.
