All of Riverside is open now. Why is this bank location still closed? How come it’s not safe to open this branch, but other branches are open? The only reason I need to come to this location is because I have our safe deposit box here. No worries though, I’m moving it over to Chase whenever they decide to let me access MY stuff. I’ve called and emailed numerous times with no response from B of A. They have a flyer showing to call or email to setup an appointment to get access to our safe deposit box. I check the website and saw its would be open on Monday and then it changed to Wednesday and check Wednesday and saw it wouldn't be open till Monday?
