I love getting my business done at the Bank of America kuykendahl ,Rd in Tomball, tx. The people there are wonderful and the customer service is the very best. Yesterday, I was there and Ms. Agapy gave me the best service and she treated me with so much kindness. Thank you so much Agapy for your excellent help and support. Easily and quickly did want I came to do. Friendly staff.
Constantly changing the rules. Every time I come to this bank, they change the rules. One week, I need a specific list of things to cash a check, then the following week, the rules change and I need a different list. I can go to other branches in the area and not have the problems. They just make up their own rules as they go and how they see fit.
Once again, B of A lives up to its poor service reputation, especially at this branch, including the branch manager and loan personnel. They cannot provide adequate service even though this is promised by the company and even went so far as to tell me to have a legal document rewritten. No common sense at this place.
Very very very Disrespectful Very rude she’s a banker I will NEVER step foot inside of this location again as long as I’m living. She had a thick accent blonde hair with glasses, older lady.. One of her colleagues was trying to explain my situation to her. She kept cutting her off while she was talking that is very rude and she was wrong both times. Another young lady assisted me.
