Once again, B of A lives up to its poor service reputation, especially at this branch, including the branch manager and loan personnel. They cannot provide adequate service even though this is promised by the company and even went so far as to tell me to have a legal document rewritten. No common sense at this place.
Very very very Disrespectful Very rude she’s a banker I will NEVER step foot inside of this location again as long as I’m living. She had a thick accent blonde hair with glasses, older lady.. I have been with Bank of America for more than 10years. I love doing business with Bank of America. The best part about it is their customer service. They have the best representatives specifically a wonderful woman by the name of Ms. Behnaz Eslami, she is the best Relationship Banker I have ever met. I Ben with this bank since 2013 woke up this morning to find my account was completely closed out. No reason no explanation. Jus told my balance will be sent by check, at that !!!!!!!! WOW IM APAULED UNBELIEVABLE! DO NOT USE BANK OF AMERICA
