I will be switching banks bc of how they treat people with a check (like a criminal) . They don't seem interested in helping they just want to transfer people to customer service when they mess up on their end.

This is the worst Bank of America branch. I can't believe it's located in Woodlands. Twenty minutes before closing time, they refused to help me with a bank transfer, that's what the guy at the entrance told me, the customer service is terrible they should fire these people
