Jessica & Lorena were so kind & assisted me with depositing money into my business account. Both ladies were very friendly & Jessica walked me to Lorena's office so I can set up my pin & Lorena walked me to the ATM & walked me thru my transaction! They really made me feel important & now I know that my partner & I picked the right bank! Kudos to BOA customer service!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the employees, the atmosphere was welcoming.
