I went inside the bank for the first time in about three years, and because the reviews for this location are not great, I wanted to share my experience. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming employee who explained that the teller was briefly in the back but would return shortly. I waited in the beautiful lobby for about five minutes until the teller returned.
