El servicio al cliente es terrible parece que todos los agentes estan de malas, no son nada amables, siempre hay muchísima gente y muy poco personal, necesitas ayuda nunca pueden brindarte la sino tienes cita. Me atendió la señorita Gisela Lozano y es muy amargada y nada amable.
Es el peor. Banco del área solo tienen 2 cajas aviertas un mui mal atendimento. No Vegas a este banco. No pierdas. Tu tiempo
I’ve experienced multiple ATM transactions that were not deposited into my account due to malfunctioning ATMs. During my last visit, there were only two tellers assisting a line of over 15 customers, while numerous employees were present but not providing support at the counters. The lack of staffing and unresolved ATM issues made for a very frustrating experience. This level of service raises concerns about overall branch management and customer support.
Si no tienes nada que hacer todo el día, y necesitas perder todo ese tiempo, ven a este banco, aqui te hacen perder todo el día sin problema, tardan más en atender que el seguro social en mexico🤦♂️
