Si quieres ver el personal más lento de todos los bancos del Inland Empire, ven a este banco. Tienen muy poco personal y las filas son larguísimas. A veces solo hay una cajera atendiendo hasta a 10 personas, y en la entrada la atención no es muy amable. Definitivamente recomiendo el de Bank of America en Fontana. Ahí sí hay excelente atención, más rapidez y un personal mucho más amable y eficiente. Aquí, sinceramente, fue una muy mala experiencia.
Long ahh lines but the workers are chill
El servicio al cliente es terrible parece que todos los agentes estan de malas, no son nada amables, siempre hay muchísima gente y muy poco personal, necesitas ayuda nunca pueden brindarte la sino tienes cita. Me atendió la señorita Gisela Lozano y es muy amargada y nada amable.
