Always a huge wait, never fast. Avoid Fridays, they have 2 tellers all day like it's a Wednesday. Definitely moving to a credit union. Just useless at all BofA locations with no tellers
Terrible customer service. Horrible customer support.They don't care about you as customer.They make it really hard to stop payment on stolen/lost check. I chatted with this lady agent on the app, she really didn't care. She was dismissive and apathetic about my situation. Look somewhere else 😔

Customers service is the best you will find. Kind and really want you to get help. There can be a wait, but not every time.
Waited 30 minutes to speak with manager no communication as to why the 30 minute wait ended up walking out I had an important matter to discuss horrible customer service
