Every time that I have used this bank I have gotten great customer service
Bad service I dont haave time to open you new account 3:20 pm monday Empty inside
They closed all the other branches around me, this is the only one left and this is the type of stuff that makes me want to leave this bank. I’ve been banking with them for over 20 years and I’m at my last straw. 12 people in line, 1 teller helping people and 1 at the window with the “next teller Please” sign up. I know b of a doesn’t care but this branch sucks. You need more staff if you are going to close all the surrounding banks.
