I was very impressed by this location. Everyone was so helpful and patient. I highly recommend this place. Alexandra was the one who worked with me helping me get accounts set up. I will most likely ask for her every time.
Worst branch, always having to go another branch to cash my check this one never has anyone available within my schedule to update my name although all my direct deposits are under my new name I have all my paperwork to prove the name change. Sometimes I get a teller that will process it without a hassle but its rare. Honestly about to switch banks it becoming an inconvenience banking with this bank.
