I have a business account, and every time i walk into a BOFA , it's never a pleasant experience. Today, I walked in on a slow day (rare), but it was clear the banker did not want to assist me. She was sitting at her computer typing from approximately five minutes before. She came up to ask me questions about why i was here from like 20ft away.
