Today I had a rasicist experience being Caucasian. A women Hispanic ahead of me took 20 minutes geting her money then. After she was done and left! I mean out of the Bank she came back and just went up to to the Teller to ask for something else. The teller treated her likel she was special! At that point there were a lot of customers and the teller took care of her. Soo bad! Clearing biased! I would never do that or think I should! Im sick of thinking Im a2nd class citizen in America.
I physically went into the branch office to close my checking account in March. I find out 2 months later in May that the account is still open and now has 2 months of maintenance fees added to the account and is in negative. I had to reach out to customer service to get the account closed properly.
