It's sad when employees aren't even properly educated on how their bank works and their system as well as their online banking app. We were told we could access it within an hour or 2 and we're nor FOUR DAYS with no access to our account or our funds. When we went in they now tell us oh you'll just have to wait for you card in the mail. Sooooo we were lied to, can't access our money, and instead of being able to "access within an hour or 2"now we have to wait 7 to 10 DAYS for the card. I wanted to take the time to give appreciation to the employees at my regular bank, specifically Jin/Jun. Recently, I had a problem with my card being purged along with my other debit cards within my account. Jin/Jun got them sent out right away and ensured that I didn't have to wait for a new card. The manager even came over to make sure everything was taken care of, which I really appreciate. Where has personalized service and a willingness to help a customer gone? I had an issue with leaving the ATM and forgetting the cash. My 2 second error cost time on the phone and going back to the bank. So this part was on me, but when I go into the bank for assistance, rather then taking the time to help they pawn off an 800 number for me to call. Service is a big deal in any industry and is a companies life blood, this is where B of A is severely lacking.
