I been with BOA from a short time like least a few months and I have had only good experiences and when I need help with Banking the Bankers have been so helpful. I haven't had the need to go into the branch for the teller services but I use the BOA app and the BOA app is the best tool to use when you don't have time to go into the branch it's a mobile banking at your fingertips.

Sad that in 2025 that you receive lesser service based on ethnicity. My mother and I walk in for service to see an advisor and no greeting. Just her and another woman looks at us as they carry on their business and finally after about 3-5 mins, acknowledgement. Advisor finally comes out takes information and we are told to sit and wait. Another man of Latin or Hispanic descent comes in and she goes over to him and pulls him out of the teller line and brings him over to her and immediately starts helping him..
