I been with BOA from a short time like least a few months and I have had only good experiences and when I need help with Banking the Bankers have been so helpful. I haven't had the need to go into the branch for the teller services but I use the BOA app and the BOA app is the best tool to use when you don't have time to go into the branch it's a mobile banking at your fingertips.
