These atms never Efen work , stupid atm kept my debit card . It’s not the first time this atm does something stupid like this .. AVOID this bank and 🏧 save yourself the headaches
Sad that in 2025 that you receive lesser service based on ethnicity. My mother and I walk in for service to see an advisor and no greeting. Just her and another woman looks at us as they carry on their business and finally after about 3-5 mins, acknowledgement. Advisor finally comes out takes information and we are told to sit and wait. Another man of Latin or Hispanic descent comes in and she goes over to him and pulls him out of the teller line and brings him over to her and immediately starts helping him.. It's was good didn't have to wait in line
ATM sometimes doesn't work. Specifically on a holiday weekend I hardly go inside but when I have, it's been an okay experience.
Line out the door and only 2 tellers. Customer Service person at door used to ask if anyone was doing straight deposits to shorten the line, but nope, not today. 30 people in line right now
