Every month I have to drop off a single check for my rent, which takes approximately 30 seconds with a bank teller. EVERY TIME I have to stand in line for 30 minutes. This bank consistently UNDERSTAFFS the teller windows. Today was a consistent queue of ten customers with a SINGLE teller window operating. It's beyond me why anyone would continue banking with this company.
This bank is one of my favorite banks, the people here are very nice ,especially the manager Joyce Mc , she is a very nice lady and is always ready to help her customers. Will be back !
