This branch is always busy with lines of lots of people. But I heard they going to shutdown it. I think big man needs to think again about this branch.
I recently went into the branch after being denied online, and I’m so glad I did. The banker who helped me, Eddy Martel-rodriguez went above and beyond. He made me feel like he genuinely wanted to help, and the whole experience almost felt like I was being treated like family. Not once did I feel judged or uncomfortable, something I’ve never been able to say about a bank before. Went in to get a notary signature. They said they couldn't sign it. I have had BoA 16 years and they have always signed my paper work. It was for a medical release. The 2 individuals where doing nothing and the branch was empty. I do not recommend this branch at all.
I don't know what's up with this BofA, but it made me rethink running my business and investment accounts with them. The teller seemed to be daunted by her job and annoyed that I arrived. Asked her to cash my check and she asked for my ID. She used a blacklight on my ID, are you serious? Have never seen anything in my life at a bank. Then she proceeded to ask me what type of accounts I had. So I said Business and she said, "what kind?" Why did she need to know my entity type? That's none of her business.
