I had started to hate the bank, until I got Desiree as a specialist to help me, she needs to teach all those other ladies, how to deal with clients, she goes above and beyond, to listen, she is so proffessional, knowledgeable, compassionate, patient and the reason ,she understands privacy and will always protect your information n won't ask u to state your business in the line, as those other ladies do. Please use her to teach the rest of the staff, she is the perfect face of the bank in my opinion.
I had s bad experience before where someone else aired out my business right nest to hearing distance of all.customers in line, I got so mad n decided to leave this bank, but I made an appointment thru the app, and I got Desiree, she is perfect, proffessional, Compassionate, she actually listens and just doesn't dictate what should be done. The ladies at that tiny desk as u walk in, can learn alot from Desiree,s approach to client issues. She has helped me more than anyone in the lady 8 years I have been with the bank

Worst Banking Experience Ever at Bank of America .I have held both personal and business accounts with Bank of America for many years. The service attitude and professionalism at this location were shockingly poor - by far the worst banking experience l've ever had.The primary issue stemmed from the extremely unprofessional reception staff. Specifically, one male receptionist was unable to answer even the simplest questions. This has significantly damaged my perception of Bank of America. Immediate improvement is necessary.
Not enough tellers. Only 4 windows and only 3 were there on Friday afternoon before a holiday
