I had a very disappointing experience at this Bank of America branch located in Eastvale off Limonite. The company I was trying to cash the check with has banked with Bank of America for over 15 years and during that time I have cashed petty cash checks made payable to me at multiple Bank of America branches throughout Southern California. It's been a year since last came to this bank of America for a large wire transfer though later realized I could have done it on my phone. But comparing this visit to my last one, the difference in service was truly striking. The front-desk staff made me feel incredibly professional and genuinely warm, especially Araceli and another lady whose name I didn't catch.
