Terrible teller customer service I was waiting in line and the teller literally help the next in line customer, everybody’s time is precious!! Worst BOA branch ever. Please avoid
It's ridiculous! My company bank account was locked online, and I came here today to ask them to help unlock it and change the online password. The receptionist gave me a business card and told me to call myself. Okay, I called myself, but it turns out the online customer service was closed today. Besides opening accounts, depositing money, and withdrawing money, what else do you banks do when they're open?
