Today I went to Bank of America to conduct some business, and the employee who assisted us was named Ramses Oregon. He helped us resolve a series of issues, always smiling and very helpful. Our English isn't very good, but he was extremely patient and helpful. Thank you so much, Ramses Oregon!
Hispanic lady at the counter was so unhelpful today 5/06, 1430. Literally a smirk on her face while telling me she can't do anything. Um, ok? Still contemplating what her purpose is there.
