I need to notarize my signature, they did not feel comfortable to do it. Wow what a incompetence
This is the same bank I use to bank with when I was 19 years old. I deposited a check and didn’t know it was a scam. They threw that in my face and never wanted to help me when I came there to handle it in person and contacted every bank in the area and put me as fraud. This was three years ago and to this day, I cannot make a bank account without them trying to say you are under a fraud. Under staff and very slow. Came on Saturday around 12noon in about 15 minutes line was halfway out the door.
The staff were very friendly with me at all times. They also provided the service I requested, without issues. I don't understand why this branch has so many bad reviews.
