They have a lazy manager there that never wants to do anything. I go there to deposit a check and normally they can easily use their tablets and do a quick deposit but the manager there will make any excuse to not do any work and would claim that there is no tablets available or their printer is not working or she doesn't do that. Many million excuses and my 1 min quick deposit trip turns to a 30 to and hour because she wants me to wait in line for something so simple and she does it to everyone. If you've seen the movie Zootopia where the sloths are working at the DMV , well that's EXACTLY how slow the people at this BOA work . Otherwise clean and nice.
I've had ups and downs at this location, but the worst experience has been with their phone system. If I had the ability to completely close out my account and change banks, I would. BoA as a whole has never been stellar. I digitally deposited a check days ago, and when I checked my account today it showed BoA also made a reversal to it, now $0. When I tried to call to speak with a representative, it strongly prompted me to schedule through the 'convenient' online services over and over. That's NOT convenient; I detest talki... read more
