worst bank of america only one teller working and the rest sitting around or being rude to foreign customers
I wish I have an option of giving them 0 star. Worse customer service. Waited 40+ minutes for my turn. They should have enough tellers to serve customers.
We waited 35 mins in line and there was only 7 people in line. Then another teller gets there but one closes. Only two tellers is ridiculous way to run a business. I closed my account and went straight to Chase bank were customers are appreciated.
Lines are always long, not enough tellers. Wait is always over 20 minutes.
