Extremely helpful and considerate service! I was having a lot of trouble with the online B of A service but Julio and Jose got it straightened out for me and made sure I got the best result possible for my situation. Really outstanding customer service overall!
Of the 7-10 phone calls I’ve made, not once has a location representative answered nor responded to my voicemail.
This is bad bad place I ever had for bank of America branch.
I would give this place zero stars if it was an option service sucks wouldn’t cash out any money for me kept telling me I had to go talk to a different person it was some bs
