This is bad bad place I ever had for bank of America branch.
I would give this place zero stars if it was an option service sucks wouldn’t cash out any money for me kept telling me I had to go talk to a different person it was some bs
what a horrible branch? i needed help in the branch, i called customer service and they said go to a branch, I get to the branch and the dumb girl tells me nobody can help me and that i need to make an appointment and come back in 2 days. Really, my wallet and phone were stolen, and the dumb girl tells me there is nothing anybody in the whole branch can do for me. The most ridiculous uncomfortable situation and poorly ran branch I've ever seen I think the whole bank itself must be going under everybody is so freaking depressed nobody knows what they're doing. I have a cashier's check that was written from that bank two days ago from a customer of mine written to my name.
