what a horrible branch? i needed help in the branch, i called customer service and they said go to a branch, I get to the branch and the dumb girl tells me nobody can help me and that i need to make an appointment and come back in 2 days. The most ridiculous uncomfortable situation and poorly ran branch I've ever seen I think the whole bank itself must be going under everybody is so freaking depressed nobody knows what they're doing. I have a cashier's check that was written from that bank two days ago from a customer of mine written to my name. I go into cash it in a hurry the guy stares at it like he doesn't know what the hell it is The other teller comes and tells me they have to check it out but he's busy right now go have a seat I'm like give me a break ... read more
