Don't bother making an appointment here if you value your time. We made an appointment days in advance to get a single one page form notarized, a process which should take about 5-10 minutes. Showed up on time and were told it would be a 15 minute wait, okay no problem. We sat in the lobby for 40 minutes with no communication until we started complaining amongst ourselves and who I assume was the bank manager overheard and stepped in to see what the problem was. We setup an appointment online at this branch for 11am. We arrived at 10:50 and went to a teller who told us we were checked in and that the notary would be available in about 15 minutes. We waited in the lobby until 11:35 when the manager asked if we needed any help. We were finally able to meet with the notary who got up and left us in the cubicle to help someone else.
