I had a terrible experience with the worker Sasha (male) on multiple occasions, I have had nothing but racist hostility towards me whenever he is my counter assistant. Sasha ( I think) was so kind and helpful. Service was so quick, literally less than 5 minutes. I was greeted the second I walked in the door.
This branch is a joke. Wait in line for two hours with just one person ahead of you. Try to withdraw any sizable amount of money and they want to know what you need it for. Look at these Google ratings. Go to any other Bank if you can.
