Young gentleman teller has terrible attitude. He is not interested in helping, only finishing the transaction and moving you on. He also does not communicate well. Said he would add cash to a transaction but then didn't. I had to ask what happened. He did not address. Also, won't deposit more than 10 checks for me, which all tellers do. Said he would REFUSE next time. Very troubling.
Had an appointment with a financial advisor who transferred to another branch. But I worked with Lissa Monton who was very nice and professional. As a notary myself, she did her notarizations 100% by the book. Lissa really wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. I do wish that they would be more traditional 9-5 hours though.
Once again at 345 ( Branch closes at 4 pm) on a Friday, their systems are down and they can't give me any money.This happens frequently and is very upsetting. Judging by their ratings, I'm not the only one that's had a problem, probably the worst Branch in the Reno Sparks area.
