Auto person is rediculous
Worst in the city. The two ladies on the counter in to cash a check drawn from Bank of America. I was told that I needed to have an account in order for the check to be verified. That is not how basic banking service works—checks issued from the same bank can be verified without forcing someone to open an account. Instead of explaining clearly or offering assistance, the two cashiers displayed poor attitudes, provided no solution, and showed no interest in helping. This is not a review for this specific location, but seeing as bofa has no email for customers to contact at I am forced to post here. It is the holiday season. Im going to be using my card more. Please stop declining my usage. Update. I am keeping this review and this: Stop using corporate language to respond to these reviews.
