I've been here 5 times and they still refuse to open a bank account, even though I'm a citizen
Very bad experience, they took more than 30 mins to help me to get a cashier check. There was only one teller, when I came up to the manager (Roger) he just told that he can't do anything and that he can't even help me to get the service that I was looking for.
I had a bad experience here. I was told to wait for assistance and spent more than 40 min waiting, while employees were chatting and laughing with each other. Most of them were just sitting at their tables having no customers, and when I asked one of the ladies, who was not busy all this time, for assistance, I was told in a rude manner to wait more or to call the bank to solve my problem. I’m a costumer of Bank of America and I came to this location and the guy of security was rude and angry. I will never come back to this location very low class!!!!
