I had a wonderful experience at this Bank of America branch. Rosemarie Salkey assisted me with my parents’ finances and went above and beyond. She was very professional, patient, and thorough in explaining everything, and she made sure to follow up to ensure everything was in order. The branch managers were also supportive and helpful throughout the process. Thank you to Rosemarie and the team for such outstanding service!Â
Bank of America offers really a great service an especially the staff at this branch does an outstanding job. I personally appreciate rose Marie ma’am’s efforts in helping me out for opening the back account and making sure that everything falls into place for me.Â
Grandma (82) went there because she needed help with her Bank of America app. They refuse to help her and instead send her to an ATT STORE. Horrible customer service.Â
Really bad customer service. I go to this branch because it’s the closest, but every time I go, there’s nobody to help. They will always say that I need to book an appointment and there’s no one who can help me at the moment, even if I said that I could wait. Because of work, I have to rush after my shift to reach the office before they close, yet, I can’t get any service. I also tried Saturday, still the same.
