had a very unpleasant experience at this branch. The teller who assisted me, an older blonde woman , was extremely rude and nasty. I was simply trying to deposit a check and didn’t fully understand what she was asking of me, but instead of explaining it clearly, she spoke to me with an attitude and made me feel uncomfortable. If there is a bank I prefer to conduct my business with, it is this one. Caryn Beackman consistently delivers exceptional service, and the staff at this location are highly professional and attentive.

I had a great experience opening my bank account in this bank branch. Sophia is very accommodating and extremely helpful. She make sure that I understand all things and address questions accordingly even it’s beyond working hours. Thank you Sophie for doing an extra mile just to cater us.

Worst bank i been to been getting paid by same check for 4 months anytime I go to a different bank they say they can't cash it won't call to authenticate manager was not helpful
