Patricia was an amazing help to me. A family member passed away and Patricia basically held my hand through the whole process. Helping me fill out the proper forms. She was so kind and patient. I had an issue that took way more time than we imagined and even tho it was past closing time, she patiently helped me. Patricia even texted the next day to make sure all is well. Absolutely check out this branch if you need any banking assistance.
I had an appointment with Sophia Williams Ivy. Sophia provided exceptional customer service—she was knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly helpful. I’ll definitely be returning to her and couldn’t recommend her highly enough!
