The teller at the Business Clients line was having a personal conversation with a client and instead of calling up the next business client she went on to call someone else from the regular line. She has no regards for customers’ time 9/26/25 11:20am
I wanted to thank Mrs. Cheldine for her welcome and patience with me, who is a current employee at the Bank of America in Lauderdale Lakes. Several times that I went to the bank, she was always present not only with me, but I also watched her with other customers. She is supportive, hardworking, and loves what she does. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Do not use the drive thru ATMs. They malfunction too much and are not even serviced by Bank of America. Had one eat my cash payment and it took Bank of America over a month and a half to find my transaction and missing money. Horrible customer service during the waiting period. No one can update you about the details of your missing money. Just a horrible experience and will not recommend Bank of America to bank with, ESPECIALLY this location and their faulty ATMS.
