Manager Joey runs this to the ground. I needed to close my business account I opened and they chose to ignore it because it was gonna hit their numbers. POS location and corrupt way of doing business.Â
The bank tellers have horrible problem solving skillÂ
This place is a dump. They been remodeling what for two months. Absolutely a joke customer service. Ripped out the walk-up ATM. Why!???!! Their drive up ATM either is down or has no money for withdrawals. No Saturday service in lobby. And when in, one teller at counter 10 at a desk. I had more service at the DMV. After banking with them for 20 years, maybe time to go to Chase. Even big banks can fail.Â
That's where you get money.I usometimes there's a long line other times there isn't go. After breakfast and before lunchÂ
The service here is great! Julie took care of us right away, and treated us with kindness, and grace. She was very knowledgeable; and, helped us with any questions we had regarding our visit. Thank you Bank of America in Sun City.Â
