The bank tellers have horrible problem solving skill
This place is a dump. They been remodeling what for two months. Absolutely a joke customer service. Ripped out the walk-up ATM. Why!???!! Their drive up ATM either is down or has no money for withdrawals. No Saturday service in lobby. And when in, one teller at counter 10 at a desk. I had more service at the DMV. After banking with them for 20 years, maybe time to go to Chase. Even big banks can fail.

The service here is great! Julie took care of us right away, and treated us with kindness, and grace. She was very knowledgeable; and, helped us with any questions we had regarding our visit. Thank you Bank of America in Sun City.
Wow, told me the wrong info. Won't help fix problems they created with my account. I wish I never did business with this company.
