It’s 3:30 and I just went there to make a withdrawal and to deposit foreign currency. There were two customers in the building and it looked like 6-10 employees. The manager told the desk clerk, tell her to come back tomorrow because she was already working with the one other customer. Horrible, non existent staff manage. Pulled what I had left in savings and went to another bank. They don’t care!
Henry Reyna the SENIOR BANKER is unbelievable rude, I have a business and personal account with B of A. I have never had an experience like the one I had today. Not only is he unprofessional, judgmental and rude, he is argumentative and aggressive. I walked away and he followed continuing to escalate the issue I was attempting to avoid. I have filled a complain with the 1800 number and have reached out to the branch manager. I hope to hear back from someone as this demeanor was neither warranted or deserved.
