Horrible service, and poor attitude towards customers, the only good reviews are from years ago. How do they keep a rude manager that has pass on his poor attitude onto the tellers.

I walk up to the line and lay down my cash. He startes at me for a minute not saying anything. It was almost as if he were bating me.....He then asks.....what are we doing? Um........I'm at a bank at a teller. WHAT DO YOU THINK I AM DOING??? So he hands me a deposit slip to fill out (I'm guessing because he is just lazy and hasn't been taught customer service yet). All down hill from there. Simply garbage customer service at this bank. I wish I could give ZERO stars...

Is BOA still playing the covid card with shortened hours of operation? Open 10 - 4:00 ? 6 hours? And no drive thru? Odd to me.
