Rubi Bello, a financial center manager, was friendly and kind. I had difficulty finding the relevant information and solving my problem, but her assistance was a tremendous help.
The one and only reason for this 5 star rating is the amazing job that Rubi the Financial Center Manager is doing! She is literally the best and deserves a raise! She was absolutely amazing with the customer service she provided. She is under alot of pressure but was amazing! Can't say enough amazing things about her. I wish this location wasn't closing down!
Hello, I would like to know why my package was signed for and received at this location but you guys are never open and it says online you are permanently closed .This was a large amount of foreign currency and I have yet to see your location open. Please get me back to me with a call back number as soon as possible
They should permanently close this location. Most of the time they are closed, never seen a bank this inconsistent with their business.
