Excelente servicio y personal muy amable
Do not waste your time at this location or any bank of America. They misinform the customers and due to false information that was provided to me I have lost money! The bank provides with you debit cards that chips do not work. They can't provide you a card the same day even in a emergency and when ordering a new card they can't even give you the correct time and date on when the card will get here. Was told that he order it express delivery on 4/6/26 before 2pm and he informed me that the package would be here today on 4/7/... read more
Forgot to put ‘worst’ infront of the building name. Line of 20 at the teller and only 2 tellers sometimes 1 teller. line at the front desk gets long too and no one helping them. If you have 1.5- 2 hours to waste to wait for a teller no matter what time of day you come, you’ll love this location.
Not enough tellers to efficiently handle the influx of customers. Very sterile environment, so all you have to look at is white walls or the 2 tellers faces while waiting, what seems like forever!!
