They have a lazy manager there that never wants to do anything. I go there to deposit a check and normally they can easily use their tablets and do a quick deposit but the manager there will make any excuse to not do any work and would claim that there is no tablets available or their printer is not working or she doesn't do that. Many million excuses and my 1 min quick deposit trip turns to a 30 to and hour because she wants me to wait in line for something so simple and she does it to everyone. I needed to get a money order. Front desk was helpful in pointing me towards the nearest Post Office. The line to a teller took about 5 minutes, but this was in the middle of a weekday.
This bank has been STEALING my money for years by double dipping my bill pay! Their customer assistance is useless and rude. They leave me no other alternative than to sue them in court.
