Absolutely unacceptable service from Bank of America. Their ATM took my $2,400, did not return the cash, and did not properly credit my account. There are cameras and transaction records that can verify what happened, yet I’m being told I may have to wait up to 45 days for my own money. If a customer owes the bank money, they act immediately.
