Went in and paid a credit card in full- clarified multiple times the amount we had to pay off was the total so it would be all done and closed the account. Two months later they are sending a bill again for $34. Don’t trust Bank of America.
I am ready to change banks. No one ever answers the phone at this branch.
Bad service Not well information. Most of the tellers there are not welcoming to all people. And Do not seem that they want to assist when you walk into the Bank. I came there last Friday with a work check. Not having a bank account with Bank of America. It was a Bank of America check which I was told can only be cash at the name of the Bank of the check. Great staff especially Sarika and Devendra Narayan. Absolutely professional, well prepared and helpful bankers. I'll drive up from bothell to work with them as I couldn't get this good service in woodenville and nothell branches. Mill creek branch is rocking. Thank you for helping me while I was going through the case of fraudulent activity and hacked credit cards.
