Complete idiots work here. Don't trust these employees with your hard earned money. While applying for a credit card an employee at this location made the mistake of putting 2000 dollars from my debit card as funds onto my credit card. 2000 dollars just gone. Oops! The crisis is I'm taking a vacation out of the country in a week from now. Bank of America told me a check would take 2 weeks to reach me. Wanted to share a great experience I had at the Mill Creek branch, staff were professional and knowledgeable. Wanted to especially call out Sarika who had helped with issues with internet banking, stayed with me until the issue related to the credit card/debit card was taken care, and was very crystal clear with the next steps to be taken. Iam very much satisfied with the top notch customer service that I received from her, thank you!
Every time I call this location no one answers I wasn’t even sure this location was real until I saw there were reviews. This location should honestly close down the reviews are horrible the managers and the owner seem to have done nothing about it because employees are unpleasant.
