The atm cardless scanners do not work on the outside atms. Everytime I come something is up with the atms. Keep up with your atms matience!
As a Bank of America Platinum customer, I scheduled an appointment in advance to ensure efficient service. Upon arrival, every employee appeared occupied. I waited past my scheduled time without anyone acknowledging my presence or inquiring about my appointment. Eventually, I approached an employee to mention my appointment, but was redirected to another staff member. This cycle continued, with no one taking responsibility or offering assistance.
