I needed to refund a deceased client’s deposit payable to “Estate of [Client’s Full Name].” I contacted chat support, the branch manager, and an estate specialist, and no one could clearly explain how to enter the estate correctly in Business Bill Pay. I’m very disappointed with the outdoor Bank of America ATMs. There is a constant problem with cash deposits. Either the ATM refuses to accept cash, or the cash deposit function is completely out of service. This happens far too often and has become extremely frustrating. For such a large bank, I expect the ATMs to be reliable and properly maintained. Please fix these ongoing issues and make sure customers can deposit cash without having to search for another ATM or branch.
