Thu Hong and Himali are the best customers service
Friendly and helpful staff. Besides they are open Saturdays too, unlike my other bank.
I was stuck in a predicament with my mortgage company. Himali and the bank manager Thu, went out of their way to help me resolve my issue. They could have told me to schedule an appointment like everywhere else but stopped with whatever they were doing and got it resolved for me. They were so lovely. They’ve helped me before in the past. Love this location. 10 star if I could give it.
Every time I go there the staffs are excellent. Very helpful and friendly. They do amazing job of helping out everything that I needed. Greatly appreciated for the help every time I go there.
