I had a notarization appointment and arrived on time, but they were unable to notarize my document because it was written in Spanish. Although I understand it may be part of their internal policy, I wish this had been clearly stated on the website beforehand to avoid confusion. Additionally, the appointment was marked as “canceled” even though I showed up, which felt inaccurate. Just something to be aware of for others bringing documents in Spanish.
I had wonderful experiences visiting this branch. The staff was considerate and helpful to get things done. They went above and beyond in sharing knowledge and provided timely assistance and guidance when I was having difficulties.
