Big lines and really bad service.. Not enough tellers.
My mother and I have received exceptional service at this branch location from DeAndre Brunette and Thu-Hong Vo. After my father's passing, we had many questions about how to notify the bank properly, and my mother feels most comfortable speaking with a person rather than dealing with a phone tree or going online. We were able to walk in and get help right away from Ms. Vo. Mr. Brunette was kind and helpful, and readily dealt with our concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.
