Although they are closing down, the banker Thomas, was really helpful in getting me all sorted away. A prime example of great customer service

Teller assumed she can redeem a savings bond and marked up the check to be told at the end they weren’t able to process it, making it very difficult to get it redeemed elsewhere because they marked an official document! The branch manager needs to keep better tabs on these less common/more complex transactions.
Best Bank of America I’ve been to. Prompt, helpful service. Thomas was great, as was the front of house tellers.
Tim was great and Yesenia were very helpful and always curious and very efficient!
