Horrible service from top to bottom. I went there to notarize a doc, the young man said no. I ask for reasons and he flat out lied to me. I asked for his mgr business card , he gave me head teller card. I am now seriously considering to close my accounts after 20 plus yearsÂ

I visited this branch on Saturday afternoon to activate my credit card. Manager Chris and Relationship Banker Mr. Eamon Vera greeted me warmly and professionally. They quickly helped me activate my credit card and also assisted me with opening a checking account, which was very efficient. They explained the relevant details, patiently answered all my questions, and offered advice based on my situation. I'm very grateful to them!Â
I have had the most pleasant banking experience of my life at this branch. Miguel Guerrero is a great solutions guy, he was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Not only were all my queries were answered and account issues solved, he had us in and out of that place is record time. Amazing experience, looking forward to continuing banking with him and this branch.Â
It is the worst service I have ever had in my entire life. They don't know anything about business. They have no experience. They need to remove the woman who is the manager of this bank. She knows nothing about business.Â
