I just left the bank with my husband and we are very happy with an incredible customer service from Mr. Hamid Ali. He was super kind and patient with us, he helped us with all the questions we had and solved them successfully!
My sincere apologies that I did not get this out sooner. I wanted to give many thank yous to Carla Lazo who always does an excellent job with helping me from doing a transaction to any situation that I need help with. Carla is honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional, compassionate, personal and cares about her patients which I am proud to say I am one of them.
Today is march 19th 2026 12:15pm I came to cash my check and it was only 2 bank tellers and one was named Susan she refused to take my service , then another person came in and she helped her instead of me. I work in customer service so this hit me deep. She had a bad attitude and even yelled at me for wanting help. Im was embarrassed and I never want to and I won't step foot in this bank as long as she is here.
