Been a bank of america customer for 35 plus years I'm old school I want in person customer service like ths old days.went in on a Monday. Lots of people waiting to get in. I needed a bank wire done. One teller and one customer service rep. And of course the manager pushes the on line app. Have you seen bank of america revenue and profits for the year. Staggering. But as you see from the other reviews they done care nothing gets fixed.
B of A decided to change thier online banking "to make it easier ". What a waste of my time. Guess I need to change banks
