I literally have to drop into the office to schedule an appointment for a different time. Ridiculous
Not enough tellers
Always great teller services but I rarely have to go inside. Use drive thru ATM machine and deposit checks in my on/line B of A app!
This place is really great the staff are always friendly and helpful. The problem is the teller line is always too long. Right now I am the eighth customer in a 12 customer line. This is a little worse than usual but not an outlier. There are always other staff cruising around in the bank but they never lend a hand. They have a serious management problem here. A few less "cruisers" and one more teller would make this place a 5 star operation.
