I have personal and business accounts in the BOA for about over 20 years. Very active accounts. But I am very unhappy with the bank, especially the branch in Lake City Area of Seattle, on 30th Ave NE. I don’t go inside often since you have to spend at least half an hour in line. But today I went there to ask why a cashier check that I had deposited and had been issued by the same bank still was waiting for clearance after 7 days. Terrible customer service. Came in to wire transfer. Was told by Ray, BofA doesn’t do walk-in. Must make appointment or wait 1.5 hour. Hostile when asking for options. Ray tried to look for other bank availability. I told him the bank in Edmonds on Aurora but he never got back to me on availability. If they don’t appreciate my money at Bank of America. I will move my money elsewhere. Be Warn: Don’t come to this specific location to expect good customer service!!!

That disgusting RV has been parked in your lot for over 5 years. If this is how disgusting you keep your property what does that say about Bank of America itself?
