Absolutely horrendous customer service by an employee named GiGi. I went in to cash a check from a company sponsoring my children's little league. Everything was going fine until she inserted herself into the transaction. After the check cleared she took it from the teller and said she had to do additional verification and proceeded to try and keep my ID my check. I asked for them both back and she refused.
