Worst branches possible. They see a long line and they close early. Such an inconvenience. Branch manager is rude.
Suddenly, the Bank of America app stopped letting me deposit checks. I’ve used it for years. I went to this bank branch for technical support on the app because there is no option for that when you contact their robot online. The manager got defensive in a way I don’t blame him because he doesn’t know how to use the app either. Good customer service
The telephonic service are really bad, no one ever respond. It's very annoying to stay in hold for long hrs and the result is nothing. Very disappointing.
Maurice is extremely rude and giving attitude for no reason.
