These people have no idea what they are doing. They don't even know how to exchange to foreign currency. They began fighting with their coemployees in front of me as they fumbled their way through the process. I finally left after 30 minutes of them making no progress. I wouldn't call this a bank but rather an ATM with the meddling of humans.
