I don’t see much diversity among employees. In which country this branch is located?
One time missing a credit card payment and hope to talk to a banker to help out. Was checked in and left the longest time. It’s funny that boa took a couple days to lock a stolen card (happened to me a couple years ago) but pretty fast to report a missing payment - with no intention to fix it and intentionally left customer un-assisted. There are people who talked to me but nothing helpful happened. the branch and boa in general doesn’t care.
