This is not a drive through ATM. They expect you to deposit cash on a busy street with homeless people everywhere and then talk down to you when you come in to deposit your cash.

Every month the try to hold my US Treasury check. Every month even though Congress ruled US Treasury check funds must be made availible on deposit. Bank keeps claiming 24 hour hold for the last 8 months, now the last 2 months they are claiming 4-5 day hold. 12 cfr 229 federal code says no more than 24 hours max on federal checks.

Super easy experience for a walk-in cash deposit. No wait on a weekday afternoon. Staff member I interacted with (Imsley, i think) was quick and professional, and she walked me through the process which took only a few minutes. The inside of the store is confusing at first and there's no human presence in sight when you first walk in other than the security guard. The place could use better signage overall, but maybe that is an intentional security requirement.
