I should have listened to the reviews! A lot of reviews mentioned how the bankers here don't know what they're doing and try to push you to go online, etc. That was precisely my experience. I called and set up an appointment with a "senior banker" to ultimately show up and be told they can't do anything at the branch and given a number to the BOA estate department. Worst branch ever! Very Racist! I transferred money from my Robinhood investment account and paid extra 1.7% instant fee just to have my money readily available for withdrawal. The teller gave me the dirtiest look as if I was there to rob them as I approached the counter. After I told her I’d like to withdraw the money I just transferred she look into my account and said I can’t withdraw said amount until one business day has passed.
