Very disappointed with my experience at the Bank of America parking lot managed by PRRS. I received a $101 parking fine even though I attempted to follow the payment instructions. When I scanned the QR code posted in the lot, the website would not accept my payment, making it impossible to complete the transaction. Literally three people with tablets and one teller :( The employees with tablets are helping nobody and there is a line of five people.
Stay away from this bank unorganize, smeels wired, and completely longer wait time for simple business. There is only 2 banker helping the whole customers.
