Went here to talk about my credit card and used their phone to call the credit card line. Why even have this open? There are barely any employees and they’re clearly running a skeleton crew. Do not go to Bank of America for any banking needs.
This branch is terrible, wasted so much of my agencies time because they do not know how to handle business deposits. IRINA was not helpful at all, wasted more of my time only to give me a 1-888 number after she did no diligence on the matter. I myself would never bank with BOA - they just take advantage of people. This branch deposited a check, reversed it with no notice, canceling a clients home owners insurance policy (it was a premium check deposited into a trust account), putting them in a situation where they would get... read more
