Was LIED TO BY THE TELLER about cashing a check. She lead me to accept a prompt on the screen saying she could cash my check only to reverse her story after I accepted it saying now isn’t available until the following business day. Somehow she is the manager on site and said there is nothing she can do about it since I accepted the prompt.

Angelica Munro is the absolute rudest, non empathetic person dealt with at a bank. Not only is she rude and has very poor customer service skills, but she also goes above and beyond to make things more difficult. A father is dying of lung cancer and attempting to allow his daughter and her husband access to his account and finances so that they can pay for his hospice nurses. Mal Servicio no son cordiales no atiende con amabilidad al cliente la Gerente que es una latina es le pero gerente que he conocido tenía mi dinero en la cuenta y no me dieron mi dinero , que por ellos solo me podían dar lo que ellos concederán los asesoría igual que mala experiencia necesitaba mis tarjetas y tampoco que volviera al otro día para solicitarlas una perdedora de Tiempo

Attempt to update beneficiaries on line. App location is limited to 25 characters. So now required to make an appointment in person. Web site at branch office do not have any days available for 2 month. Called to speak with branch office agent and received no answer or option to contact anyone. This customer service is un acceptable.
