I came to this branch today around 11:30 am, Thursday December 5th and I wanted some large-denomination bills. I waited in line for more than an hour. To my surprise, the employee - her name is Andreria Cruz, the assistant manager - flatly refused. I asked why she lied, saying there were no large bills to exchange for me when I could clearly see she had plenty of high - denomination notes in her draws. She made various excuses and refused. Went into this bank to exchange 5k in 20s to $100 dollars bill. The clerk look at me and said we don't do that much, you can deposit and then withdraw it. Or I can do up to 1k. I told her I used to go to a different store and they have no problem with me exchange up to 8k in 20s!!!! Today I was busy so I stop here. Then she proceeded to do the exchange. What was the point in that pointless interaction?

Bank of America? Should be called bank of Latinos and Asians ! So sloooow. Racially profiling. Check was verified by bank manager And the writers of the check. They still won’t cash because “I don’t have a boA account” they say. I work hard and to be profiled is sad…turns out only the “black” customers can’t cash checks. This place needs some investigating

We parked in the lot and the guy in charge of the lot was trying to kick us out. My husband had to go to the licensing place and I was going to run to the bank so we could hit both places at once. Makes no sense. No wonder this place is poorly rated.
