They never respond to the phone , bad service
I visited yesterday and was assisted by a very helpful and friendly woman. She kindly answered my questions, helped me with my deposit, and took the time to explain other services they offer to help protect your money. Thank you! Rosa.
I came to this branch today around 11:30 am, Thursday December 5th and I wanted some large-denomination bills. I waited in line for more than an hour. To my surprise, the employee - her name is Andreria Cruz, the assistant manager - flatly refused. I asked why she lied, saying there were no large bills to exchange for me when I could clearly see she had plenty of high - denomination notes in her draws. She made various excuses and refused. Went into this bank to exchange 5k in 20s to $100 dollars bill. The clerk look at me and said we don't do that much, you can deposit and then withdraw it. Or I can do up to 1k. I told her I used to go to a different store and they have no problem with me exchange up to 8k in 20s!!!! Today I was busy so I stop here. Then she proceeded to do the exchange. What was the point in that pointless interaction?
