After reading the other reviews, I see others had the same experiment Jennifer. Refused to help with unwarranted rude attitudes. I opened an account several days ago and was assured that I could access them 24 hours from the 1st business day. I waited the appropriate time, and went to this bank and they refused to help me with a cashiers check. Even after my original bank called them, they still refused. My branch has atleast 10 customers at a time, a very busy location, and they have the best customer service. This place wa... read more
